Industrial growth in Indonesia increases work accidents, including in the consumer goods sector such as sugar factories. PT PG Rajawali II PG Sindanglaut Unit is a sugar factory but currently has not implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a work accident risk analysis so that the possibility of work accidents that could occur can be identified. The research aims to identify potential hazards, carry out risk assessments, and recommend risk controls to minimize the risk of work accidents in the PG Sindanglaut production process. The method used to analyze the risk of work accidents is HIRARC where the risk assessment weighting refers to the Australian Standard/New Zealand 4360. The results of identifying potential hazards obtained 103 potential hazards in activities at eight work stations. The results of the risk assessment of the identified potential hazards showed that there were 16 hazards with an extreme level of risk, 35 dangers with a high level of risk, 47 hazards with a medium level of risk, and five hazards with a low level of risk. Recommendations for risk control are based on a control hierarchy, namely by using engineering, administrative, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) methods.-
