Abstract: Pengujian perangkat lunak menjadi sangat penting untuk memastikan operasi yang benar. Otomatisasi membantu dalam meningkatkan efisiensi terutama dalam proyek yang kompleks dan memerlukan pemeliharaan dan pengujian yang berulang. PT Asta Protek Jiarsi membangun website Employee Self-Service untuk memudahkan employee melakukan presensi, klaim medis, reimbursement, klaim overtime dan menu lainnya. Metode McCall sudah banyak digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas perangkat lunak, pada beberapa penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya penggunaan McCall pada pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak menghasilkan sebuah rekomendasi perbaikan. Implementasi otomatisasi web Employee Self-Services dan pengukuran kualitas menggunakan metode McCall dapat merinci karakteristik kualitas perangkat lunak, seperti keandalan, efisiensi, dan pemeliharaan. Penerapan kriteria keberhasilan perangkat lunak McCall dengan pengujian otomatisasi, kelemahan dan kekuatan website Employee Self-Service dapat terindentifikasi dengan lebih jelas dan memungkinkan untuk mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan.
Software testing is crucial for ensuring proper functionality. Automation enhances efficiency, especially in complex projects requiring maintenance and repetitive testing. PT Asta Protek Jiarsi has developed an Employee Self-Service website to facilitate employee activities such as attendance, medical claims, reimbursements, overtime claims, and other menus. The McCall method has been widely used to measure software quality. Previous research has shown that using McCall for software quality measurement produces recommendations for improvements. Implementing automation for the Employee Self-Service web and the McCall method can detail software quality characteristics, such as reliability, efficiency, and maintainability. By applying McCall’s software success criteria with automated testing, the strengths and weaknesses of the Employee Self-Service website can be clearly identified, allowing for necessary actions to be taken for improvement.
