| Abstract: | PT Bintang Toedjoe mengelola limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun sesuai dengan regulasi, namun masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam pencatatan, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan keamanan data. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang teridentifikasi, perancangan sistem berbasis web dengan metode extreme programming (XP) ini menjadi solusi untuk memperkenalkan sistem pencatatan data limbah B3 secara interaktif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman server lokal serta untuk merancang sistem berbasis web dengan software Codeigneter 3, dan XAMPP. Dalam perancangan sistem tersebut melalui 4 tahapan, perencanaan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Aplikasi sistem ini telah diuji melalui pengujian black box dengan hasil yang sesuai secara fungsional, dan pengujian beta dengan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 87,9% yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memenuhi standar kualitas yang diharapkan serta layak untuk digunakan dan didistribusikan. Terdapat tantangan dan hambatan, kurangnya fasilitas pendukung, kurangnya pemahaman petugas. Fasilitas Wi-Fi dan perancangan Work Instruction (WI) merupakan solusi dari hambatan dan tantangan saat pengadopsian sistem berbasis web. PT Bintang Toedjoe manages hazardous and toxic waste in accordance with regulations, but still uses conventional methods of recording, which are prone to errors and data security. Based on the problems identified, designing a web-based system with the extreme programming (XP) method is a solution to introduce an interactive B3 waste data recording system. This research develops using the local server programming language and to design a web-based system with Codeigneter 3 software, and XAMPP. In designing the system through 4 stages, planning, design, implementation, and testing. This system application has been tested through black box testing with functionally appropriate results, and beta testing by obtaining an average score of 87.9% which indicates that this application meets the expected quality standards and is suitable for use and distribution. There are challenges and obstacles, lack of supporting facilities, lack of understanding of officers. Wi-Fi facilities and Work Instruction (WI) design are solutions to obstacles and challenges when adopting a web-based system. |
