dc.description.abstractSebuah permasalahan dari segi sumber daya manusia dapat mempengaruhi banyak hal, diantaranya penurunan produktivitas perusahaan. Perusahaan mengalami permasalahan dalam keterbatasan pemenuhan permintaan pasar akibat menurunnya produktivitas perusahaan. Salah satu penyebab penurunan produktivitas perusahaan dikarenakan adanya kinerja pegawai yang kurang optimal. Beberapa aspek yang menjadi penyebab kinerja pegawai kurang optimal, diantaranya disiplin, kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan disiplin, kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan hasil sebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin dan kompensasi memiliki hubungan terhadap pegawai secara signifikan. Kemudian, implementasi strategi yang disarankan, seperti pembuatan sistem pelaporan kerja dan pemberian insentif sistem production-sharing plans dengan orientasi meningkatnya kinerja pegawai dan kenaikan produktivitas yang berdampak pada peningkatan profit perusahaan.-
dc.description.abstractThe problem of human resources can affect many things, the one is a decrease in company productivity. Companies experience problems in limited fulfillment of market demand due to decreased company productivity. One of the causes of decreased company productivity is due to suboptimal employee performance. Some aspects that cause employee performance to be less than optimal include discipline, compensation, motivation, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between discipline, compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the results of a questionnaire distributed to all company employees. The results of the research show that discipline and compensation variables have a significant relationship with employees. Then, the implementation of suggested strategies, such as creating a work reporting system and incentivizing the production-sharing plan system with the orientation of increasing employee performance and increasing productivity which has an impact on increasing company profits.-
