dc.description.abstractALCHAIRIE MUSA. Peningkatan Edukasi dan Kinerja Pelayanan Konsumen Wisata Taman Edukasi Kelinci pada Rabbit Brother Bandung Barat. Dibimbing oleh D. IWAN RISWANDI. Wisata Taman Edukasi Kelinci ialah wisata yang menawarkan produk dan jasa berekreasi sembari belajar mengenai kelinci kepada Pengunjung. Selanjutnya taman wisata edukasi kelinci merupakan penggagas pertama kali ide wisata kelinci di Kota Bandung. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah menginterpretasikan karakteristik pengunjung, pengambilan keputusan pembelian, menilai tingkat kepuasan pengunjung, dan implikasi manajerial. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Output dari penelitian menunjukan terdapat enam atribut dalam kudaran II yang menjadi mempertahankan prestasi dan kuadran I, III, dan IV dilakukannya implikasi manajerial.-
dc.description.abstractALCHAIRIE MUSA. Improving Education and Consumer Service Performance of Rabbit Education Park Tourism at Rabbit Brother West Bandung. Supervised by D. IWAN RISWANDI. Rabbit Educational Park Tourism is a tour that offers recreational products and services while learning about rabbits to visitors. Furthermore, the rabbit education park is the first initiator of the idea of rabbit tourism in Bandung. The purpose of this research is to interpret visitor characteristics, purchase decision making, assess visitor satisfaction levels, and managerial implications. The sample used was 100 respondents. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is the method used in this study. The output of the study shows that there are six attributes in quadrant II that maintain performance and quadrants I, III, and IV are carried out managerial implications.-
