Nephrolithiasis or kidney stone formation can be caused by increased oxalate levels in the body. This study aims to evaluate the effects from combinations of herbs with potential antilithiasis properties such as avocado leaves and cogon grass roots on the total absolute of leukocytes and differential leukocyte data on the 14th and 28th days from white rats that were induced with ethylene glycol and ammonium chloride. Male Sprague-Dawley white rats were divided into 5 treatment groups, namely normal control, negative control, positive control, the 100 mg/kg BW cogon grass roots extract and 300 mg/kg BB avocado leaves extract combination, as well as the 300 mg/kg BW cogon grass roots extract and 1100 mg/kg BB avocado leaves extract combination. Lymphocyte and monocyte levels did not show any significant differences (p>0,05) between treatment groups. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the average number of leukocytes between the combination groups and the negative control. In addition, ALP-al group also showed decreased granulocyte counts compared to negative controls (p<0,05). Both combinations of extracts showed good antilithiasis effect, though the avocado leaves-dominant combination showed a better anti- inflammatory effect.-
