| Abstract: | Kurangnya penelitian tentang tingkat kenyamanan sangkar burung hantu
meningkatkan SBH aktif produktif menjadi >30%. Sebanyak 9 sampel SBH lahan
kembali menunjukkan perubahan kategori salah satu SBH menjadi SBH aktif
produktif. The lack of research on the comfort level of owl cages is one of the reasons why productive, active owl cages do not reach 30%. This study aims to implement Nephrolepis sp. to regulate temperature and humidity in owl cages on mineral land and to increase productive active owl cages to >30%. A total of nine owl cage samples from mineral land were observed using direct observation methods with a hygrometer thermometer HTC-1 at 14:00 for 7 consecutive days, and the observation data were then processed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate differences in temperature and humidity levels in owl cages across different categories. Productive active owl cages have an air temperature of 32–33 °C and humidity levels of 60–70%. The use of Nephrolepis sp. in inactive owl cages proved capable of increasing air temperature and decreasing humidity levels in owl cages, and after further observation, it showed a change in the category of one of the owl cages to productive active owl cages. |
