Abstract: Perancangan IPAL domestik merupakan salah bentuk penaatan peraturan oleh perusahaan penghasil air limbah agar tidak mencemari lingkungan. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancangan desain dan RAB IPAL domestik air limbah karyawan pabrik perusahaan kosmetik. Perancangan dilakukan berdasarkan parameter awal air limbah dan debit rencana air limbah sebesar 18 m3/hari. Hasil perancangan IPAL domestik air limbah domestik karyawan pabrik perusahaan kosmetik dengan teknologi Integrated Fixed Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) dengan kapasitas IPAL 21,6 m3/hari. Unit pengolahan yang akan digunakan yaitu grease trap, bak ekualisasi, bak anoxic, reaktor aerasi IFAS, bak sedimentasi, bak desinfeksi, dan pressure filter. Hasil akhir pembuangan akan mengikuti baku mutu air nasional kelas IV berdasarkan PP 22 tahun 2021 dan digunakan sebagai penyiraman taman. Total rencana anggaran biaya yang dihitung berdasarkan harga barang dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk pembangunan IPAL domestik karyawan pabrik adalah Rp 203.229.300.
Designing a sewage treatment plant (STP) is a form of compliance with regulations by wastewater-producing companies to prevent environmental pollution. This final project aims to design the layout and cost estimate (RAB) for a STP serving employees at a cosmetic company. The design was carried out based on initial waste water and a planned wastewater flowrate of 18 m3/day. The design outcome for the STP for employees at the cosmetic company, using Integrated Fixed Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) technology, results in a STP with capacity of 21.6 m3/day. The processing units that will be used are grease traps, equalization tanks, anoxic tanks, IFAS aeration reactor, sedimentation tanks, disinfection tanks and pressure filter. The final treated effluent will comply with Class IV national water quality standards according to Regulation PP 22 of 2021 and will be used for watering gardens.
