Abstract: Inovasi sosial pupuk organik padat pada program CSR Pandawa Patra PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Boyolali perlu dioptimalkan dalam pemanfaatan limbah kotoran ternak dalam kegiatan produksi pupuk agar dapat menghasilkan dampak program yang lebih besar. Perlu adanya penetapan rekomendasi komposisi bahan pembuatan pupuk guna keberlanjutan inovasi program pupuk orgaik Pandawa Patra. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kualitas hasil pengolahan pupuk guna mengurangi dampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan tanaman terhadap pengaplikasian secara langsung serta merumuskan nilai ekonomi untuk penjualan produk pupuk organik padat Pandawa. Rekapitulasi kualitas pupuk hasil dari pengolahan didapatkan telah memenuhi syarat berdasarkan SNI 7763 : 2018, kecuali pada parameter kadar air. Perlakuan Hasil perumusan nilai ekonomi dapat ditentukan berdasarkan berat bersih per kemasan 5 kg, 15 kg, dan 25 kg yaitu Rp 5.480, Rp 13.922, dan Rp 23.200.
The social innovation of solid organic fertilizer in the Pandawa Patra CSR program of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Boyolali needs to be optimized in the utilization of animal manure waste in fertilizer production activities to produce a greater impact on the program. It is necessary to determine recommendations for the composition of fertilizer making materials for the sustainability of the Pandawa Patra organic fertilizer program innovation. Thus, this study aims to identify the quality of fertilizer processing results to reduce the negative impact on the environment and plants on direct application and formulate economic value for the sale of Pandawa solid organic fertilizer products. Thus, this study aims to identify the quality of fertilizer processing results based on SNI 7763: 2018 and formulate economic value for the sale of Pandawa solid organic fertilizer products. P3 treatment fertilizer is a recommendation in large-scale manufacturing so that the results of the formulation of economic value can be determined based on the net weight per package of 5 kg, 15 kg, and 25 kg, which are Rp 5.480, Rp 13.922, and Rp 23.200.
