Abstract: SATRIO AJI PRATAMA. Evaluasi dan Daya Hasil Jagung Manis Hibrida (Zea mays var. saccharata Sturt) IPB di Lampung. Dibimbing oleh AHMAD JUNAEDI dan ARYA WIDURA RITONGA. Kegiatan memperoleh informasi keragaan dan daya hasil pada galur atau calon varietas potensial merupakan bagian penting dalam kegiatan pemuliaan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi keragaan dan daya hasil 15 genotipe jagung manis hibrida di Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) faktor tunggal dengan 3 ulangan. Materi genetik yang digunakan yaitu 12 genotipe jagung manis hibrida hasil pemuliaan IPB dan 3 varietas komersial sebagai varietas pembanding. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagian besar hibrida uji memiliki keragaan agronomi yang baik dan daya hasil yang tinggi. Hibrida yang memiliki keragaan agronomi yang baik dan memiliki daya hasil yang tinggi berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut meskipun hasilnya sebagian besar tidak berbeda nyata dengan varietas pembanding. Hibrida yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut antara lain SM1.1.9 × SB8.3.4, SM6.3.1×SM1.1.9, SM6.3.1 × SM12.2.13, SM6.3.1 × T13.1.8.1, dan SM9.3.A.1 × T13.1.8.1. SATRIO AJI PRATAMA. Yield Evaluation and Performance IPB’s Hybrid Sweet Corn (Zea mays var. saccharate Sturt.) in Lampung. Supervised by AHMAD JUNAEDI and ARYA WIDURA RITONGA. Obtaining information on the performance and yield of potential lines or candidate varieties is an essential aspect of plant breeding activities. This study aimed to obtain information on the performance and yield of 15 hybrid sweet corn genotypes in Lampung. This study arranged in a single-factor randomized complete group design (RKLT) with 3 replications. The genetic materials utilized were 12 hybrid sweet corn genotypes from IPB breeding lines and 3 commercial varieties as comparison varieties. The results indicated that the majority of the hybrids exhibited favorable agronomic performance and high yield potential. These hybrids, with their demonstrated agronomic performance and yield potential, represent a promising lines for further development. However, it is noteworthy that the majority of the results did not exhibit statistically significant differences from the comparison varieties. Hybrids with the potential for further development include SM1.1.9 × SB8.3.4, SM6.3.1 × SM1.1.9, SM6.3.1 × SM12.2.13, SM6.3.1 × T13.1.8.1, and SM9.3.A.1 × T13.1.8.1. .
