| Abstract: | Perkembangan era globalisai berdampak pada gaya hidup seperti pola makan
yang sudah didominasi oleh makanan cepat saji. Kebiasaan makan seseorang
dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis hubungan uang saku, pengetahuan, dan sikap dengan frekuensi
konsumsi makanan cepat saji pada siswa SMA overweight dan normal. Desain
penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study yang melibatkan 68 subjek dari SMA
Bosowa Bina Insani Bogor yang dipilih dengan random sampling. Pengumpulan
data dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner google form, wawancara dan
pengukuran antropometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 47,1% responden
memiliki uang saku yang tinggi, 52,2% dan 45,5% responden status gizi baik dan
status gizi lebih memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, 76,1% dan 86,4% responden
status gizi baik dan lebih memiliki sikap positif, 94,1% dan 80,9% responden jarang
mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman cepat saji. Hasil analisis uji korelasi antara
uang saku, pengetahuan, dan sikap dengan frekuensi konsumsi makanan cepat saji
menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05). The development of the globalization era has an impact on lifestyles such as eating patterns which are dominated by fast food. A person's eating habits are influenced by knowledge and attitudes. This study aims to analyze the relationship between pocket money, knowledge and attitudes with the frequency of fast food consumption in overweight and normal high school students. The design of this research is a cross sectional study involving 68 subjects from SMA Bosowa Bina Inani Bogor selected by random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a Google Form questionnaire instrument, interviews and anthropometric measurements. The results showed that 47.1% of respondents had high pocket money, 52.2% and 45.5% of respondents who had good nutritional status and overweight nutritional status had good knowledge, 76.1% and 86.4% of respondents who had good nutritional status and have a more positive attitude, 94.1% and 80.9% of respondents rarely consume fast food and drinks. The results of the correlation test analysis between pocket money, knowledge and attitudes and the frequency of fast food consumption show that there is no significant relationship (p>0.05). |
