Pengembangan Sistem Pendokumentasian Persuratan di Direktorat PDLUK Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan

Abstract

Direktorat PDLUK Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) telah memiliki sistem informasi persuratan untuk mengelola dokumen seperti surat nota dinas, dan surat undangan. Namun, sistem yang ada perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan fungsionalitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem persuratan yang ada dengan menambahkan fitur history pada modul nota dinas dan undangan, serta menambah modul baru untuk pengelolaan Surat Keputusan (SK). Selain itu, sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur download surat pendamping SK dalam format Microsoft Word untuk mempercepat proses pengajuan tanda tangan basah. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode prototyping, Framework Laravel. Penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis sistem dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan metode pieces. Hasil pengembangan sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi penyimpanan data, serta mencegah kehilangan data dengan sistem penyimpanan berbasis database.

The Directorate of PDLUK of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) has an information system for managing documents such as memos and invitation letters. However, the existing system needs further development to improve its efficiency and functionality. This research aims to enhance the current correspondence system by adding a history feature to the memo and invitation modules, as well as adding a new module for managing Decrees (SK). Additionally, the system will include a feature to download accompanying letters for SK in Microsoft Word format to expedite the process of obtaining wet signatures. The development is conducted using the prototyping method and the Laravel Framework. This research also conducts system analysis by distributing questionnaires using the PIECES method. The results of the system development increase data storage efficiency and prevent data loss with a database-based storage system.
