| Abstract: | Penggerek buah kopi (Hypothenemus hampei Ferr.) merupakan hama
dengan taraf nyata a 5%. Apabila berpengaruh nyata dilakukan uji lanjut
menggunakan Duncan New Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Atraktan berpengaruh
terperangkap paling banyak. Serangga non target yang paling banyak terperangkap
adalah semut hitam. The coffee berry borer (Hypothenemus hampei Ferr.) is a dominant pest that is difficult to control. This research aims to determine the type of attractant and trap height that is effective in controlling coffee berry borer pests. The research was structured in a randomized complete block design (RKLT) with 2 treatment factors and three replications. The first factor is the difference in the type of attractant. The most effective attractant for controlling coffee berry borer pests was the compound ethanol + methanol. The second factor is the difference in the height of the trap installation. The results obtained were that a trap height of 150 cm was the most effective for trapping coffee berry borer pests. Observational data were analyzed using analysis of variance (F test) with a significance level of a 5%. If there is a significant effect, further testing is carried out using the Duncan New Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Attractants have a very significant effect on the number of trapped coffee berry borers. However, the height of the trap had no significant effect on the number of trapped coffee berry borer pests. Ethanol+methanol produced the most trapped PBKo. The most commonly trapped non-target insects are black ants. |
