Abstract: | Produksi daging domba nasional belum mencukupi produksi daging di
Indonesia selain itu daging domba dan kambing sangat diminati oleh masyarakat,
maka dari itu perlu adanya upaya peningkatan produksi daging domba untuk
mencegah terjadinya krisis pangan yang mungkin akan melanda di Indonesia, Hal
ini dibuktikan dari data Badan Pusat Statistik produksi daging domba nasional
peningkatan tertinggi pada tahun 2018 mencapai 82.274,38 ton sedangkan pada
tahun 2019-2021 mengalami penurunan, yang dimana pada tahun 2019 produksi
mencapai 70.072,93 ton, tahun 2020 mencapai 54.188,48 ton, dan tahun 2021
mencapai 50.702,06 ton lalu produksi mulai meningkat pada tahun 2022-2023 yang
dimana produksi pada tahun 2022 mencapai 52.162,30 ton dan tahun 2023
mencapai 52.998,80 ton. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder meliputi proses pemeliharaan, evaluasi
pemeliharan, analisis usaha, evaluasi keuangan, pemasaran, dan analisis SWOT.
Usaha yang dijalankan oleh Alesha Farm sudah berjalan cukup baik, hal ini
dibuktikan dengan nilai R/C yang dihasilkan yaitu 1,21 yang berarti peternakan ini
layak untuk dijalankan, Keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.
2.193.482.50 dengan nilai Break Even Point sebesar Rp.78.753.18 selain itu total
rataan PBB dan PBBH yang didapat selama 3 bulan pemeliharaan di Alesha Farm
sebesar 9.05 kg dan PBBH sebesar 0,101 kg/ekor/hari. Indonesia, besides that sheep and goat meat are in great demand by the public, therefore there is a need for efforts to increase sheep meat production to prevent a food crisis that might hit Indonesia, this is evidenced by data from the Central Bureau of Statistics on national sheep meat production, the highest increase in 2018 reached 82. 274.38 tons while in 2019-2021 it decreased, where in 2019 production reached 70,072.93 tons, in 2020 it reached 54,188.48 tons, and in 2021 it reached 50,702.06 tons then production began to increase in 2022-2023 where production in 2022 reached 52,162.30 tons and in 2023 reached 52,998.80 tons. Data collection methods are carried out by collecting primary and secondary data including the maintenance process, maintenance evaluation, business analysis, financial evaluation, marketing, and SWOT analysis. The business run by Alesha Farm has been running quite well, this is evidenced by the resulting R / C value of 1.21 which means that this farm is feasible to run, the net profit obtained is around Rp. 2,193,482.50 with a Break Even Point value of Rp.78,753.18 besides the total average PBB and PBBH obtained during 3 months of maintenance at Alesha Farm of 9.05 kg and PBBH of 0.101 kg / head / day. |
