Abstract: Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator perekonomian yang menjadi salah satu fokus utama dari negara-negara di seluruh dunia. PDRB seringkali menjadi indikator untuk melihat gejala pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah karena mencerminkan produksi barang dan jasa pada suatu daerah tertentu. Sektor pariwisata adalah salah satu jasa yang dapat memberi dampak baik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sektor pariwisata terhadap PDRB di Provinsi Jawa Barat selama periode 2016-2022. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan regresi data panel menggunakan Random Effect Model. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah Kunjungan Wisatawan, Jumlah Rumah Makan/Restoran, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Jumlah Hotel, Jumlah Daya Tarik Wisata, dan Upah Minimum secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB di Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Economic growth is an economic indicator that is one of the main focuses of countries around the world. GRDP is often an indicator to see the symptoms of economic growth in a region because it reflects the production of goods and services in a particular area. The tourism sector is one of the services that can have a good impact on economic growth in West Java Province. This study aims to analyze the effect of the tourism sector on GRDP in West Java Province during the period 2016- 2022. The method used is descriptive analysis and panel data regression using the Random Effect Model. The results of the analysis show that the number of tourist visits, the number of restaurants, local revenue, the number of hotels, the number of tourist attractions, and the minimum wage together have a significant influence on GRDP in West Java Province.
