proyek perdagangan karbon melalui aforestasi/reforestasi seluas 2477 ha (17,80%)
15.398 tonCO2 /tahun. Private forests have a role as carbon storage and contribute to carbon sequestration. This study aims to determine the agroforestry practices carried out, carbon stocks, CO2 sequestration capability and potential land that has the potential to produce carbon credits. The data collection method used stratified sampling of 30 purposively selected measuring plots. The inventory results show that the Leuwibatu Village private forest is included in the mixed garden private forest. The estimated average carbon stock is divided into gentle slope classes of 29,84 tonsC/ha, undulating of 54,30 tonsC/ha, and hilly of 64,50 tonsC/ha with a total average of 49,55 tonsC/ha. The estimated average carbon uptake in the gentle slope class is 6,54 tonsCO2/ha/year, undulating is 8,07 tonsCO2/ha/year, and hilly is 8,81 tonsCO2/ha/year with an estimated average total of 7,81 tonsCO2/ha/year. The potential land in Rumpin Sub-district that can be used for carbon trading project activities through afforestation/reforestation is 2477 ha (20,53%) with carbon sequestration potential of 307.955 tonsCO2 over 20 years or 15.398 tonsCO2/year. |
