Abstract: ANIS NISRINA MELVIANA. J1302201003. Pengembangan Pelayanan Pemanduan Wisata di Kota Cirebon Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dibimbing oleh YUN YUDIRTI S.Hut., M.Si dan KANIA SOFIANTINA RAHAYU S.I.Kom., M.Par., MTHM Kota Cirebon, yang terletak di Provinsi Jawa Barat, memiliki banyak situs sejarah dan budaya yang mendukung pengembangan program pemandu wisata. Kota ini juga termasuk dalam kategori kota yang sedang berkembang menjadi destinasi wisata karena masih belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pemandu wisata, dan membuat rancangan pengembangan program pemanduan berdasarkan analisis kualitas pelayanan pemandu wisata di Kota Cirebon. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen, observasi lapang, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisis data termasuk deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis servqual, dan analisis kinerja penting (IPA). Pada Kuadran I, nilai gap tertinggi ditemukan dalam Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pemandu Wisata. Nilai gap tersebut adalah (P10) sebesar -1.46, (P25) sebesar -1.29, (P12) sebesar -1.25, Rekomendasi dan Program Wisata termasuk dalam Program Pengembangan Wisata. Guided by YUN YUDIRTI S.Hut., M.Si and KANIA SOFIANTINA RAHAYU S.I.Kom., M.Par., MTHM The city of Cirebon, located in the West Java Province, has many historical and cultural sites that support the development of a tourist guide program. The city also belongs to the category of cities that are developing as tourist destinations because it is still not optimum. The objective of this study is to analyze the quality of tour guide services, and make plans for the development of a driving program based on the analysis of quality of the tourist guide services in the City of Cirebon. Data is collected through document studies, field observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis includes quantitative descriptive, servqual analysis, and critical performance analysis (IPA). In Quadrant I, the highest gap value was found in the Tourist Guide Service Quality Analysis. The gap values are as follows: (P10) of -1.46, (P25) of -1.29, (P12) of -1.25, Recommendation and Tourism Programmes is included in the Travel Development Programme.
