Abstract: | Daging ayam merupakan salah satu bahan makanan sumber hewani yang
sangat penting bagi manusia. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik 2023, provinsi
Banten produksi daging ayam ras pedaging pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 195.901 ekor
dan pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 239.638 ekor. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa konsumsi
daging ayam di provinsi Banten terus meningkat. Kegiatan pengelolaan usaha ini
bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam beternak ayam broiler serta
meningkatkan keterampilan dalam melakukan penyusunan konsep bisnis, target
pasar, persaingan pasar, pemasaran dan kelayakan usaha. Data yang digunakan
yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui pencatatan
yang bersumber dari kerja langsung ke lapangan, sedangkan data sekunder
dilakukan dengan mencari informasi yang di dapatkan dari internet. Dalam 5 bulan
Pengelolaan usaha ayam broiler ini didapatkan total keseluruhan bobot badan ayam
broiler sebesar 446 kg dengan penerimaan yang didapat sebanyak Rp 10.454.000
dengan total keuntungan didapatkan sebanyak Rp 731.031 dengan kelayakan usaha
yaitu 1, 18 atau usaha ini layak untuk diusahakan. Chicken meat is one of the animal source foods that is very important for humans. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency for 2023, Banten province's production of broiler meat in 2022 will be 195,901 birds and in 2023 it will be 239,638 chickens. This shows that consumption of chicken meat in Banten province continues to increase. This business management activity aims to improve skills in raising broiler chickens and improve skills in preparing business concepts, market targets, market competition, marketing and business feasibility. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through recording sourced from direct work in the field, while secondary data was obtained by searching for information obtained from the internet. In 5 months of managing this broiler chicken business, the total body weight of broiler chickens was obtained at 446 kg with revenues obtained amounting to IDR 10,454,000 with total profits obtained at IDR 731,031 with business feasibility of 1.18 or this business is worth running. |
