Abstract: Perkembangan bank syariah di Indonesia makin baik setiap tahunnya. Jumlah DPK dan pembiayaan di bank syariah mencapai 52,02 juta nasabah, hanya 17,8% dari jumlah penduduk muslim di Indonesia yang merupakan nasabah bank syariah. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat muslim yang menabung di bank syariah masih tergolong kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis karakteristik serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi generasi Z muslim Kota Bogor dalam memilih menabung di bank syariah. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiositas, pelayanan, dan reputasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di bank syariah.
The development of Islamic banks in Indonesia is getting better every year. The number of deposits and financing in sharia banks reached 52.02 million customers, only 17.8% of the total Muslim population in Indonesia are sharia bank customers. This illustrates that the Muslim community that saves in sharia banks is still relatively small. This research aims to identify and analyze the characteristics and factors that influence generation Z Muslims in Bogor City in choosing to save at sharia banks. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form. Data processing uses Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that the variables religiosity, service and reputation have a positive and significant effect on the decision to save at a sharia bank
