dc.description.abstractKukuh Wijanarko. Sistem Monitoring Kebocoran LPG dan Pemantauan Suhu Berbasis IoT pada Area Dapur Kantor Indonesian Forestry Certification Cooperation (IFCC). Dibimbing oleh Setyanto Tri Wahyudi. Gas, seperti Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), sangat umum digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk memasak dan bahan bakar karena harganya terjangkau. Namun, penggunaan yang kurang hati-hati atau komponen yang sudah usang dapat menyebabkan bahaya seperti kebakaran. Untuk mencegah kejadian ini, alat monitoring kebocoran LPG dirancang untuk memonitor gas dan kondisi ruangan di dapur yang dapat diakses menggunakan website. Komponen-komponen alat termasuk mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor MQ-2 untuk deteksi LPG, sensor DHT-22 untuk memantau suhu dan kelembapan, LCD 1602 dengan modul I2C untuk tampilan, dan buzzer sebagai notifikasi suara. Saat terdeteksi kebocoran LPG atau nilai suhu yang tidak normal, alat akan memberi peringatan melalui suara buzzer. Batas normal untuk kadar LPG yaitu 0 – 16 ppm, sedangkan batas suhu normal yaitu 25 °C – 37 °C. Hasil pengujian dari alat monitoring LPG ini dapat bekerja dengan baik, dengan memberikan peringatan berupa notifikasi suara apabila kadar LPG atau nilai suhu tidak normal. Serta data dari hasil monitoring LPG bisa diakses dengan melalui website.-
dc.description.abstractKukuh Wijanarko. IoT-Based Monitoring System for LPG Leakages and Temperature Surveillance in the Kitchen Area of Indonesian Forestry Certification Cooperation (IFCC). Supervised by Setyanto Tri Wahyudi. Gas, such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), is very common in society for cooking and fuel because its price is affordable. However, ill-advised use or obsolete components can cause such harm as fire. To prevent this incident, the leak in LPG monitoring devices are designed to monitor the gas and interior conditions in the kitchen also accessible using a website. Components include microcontroller esp32, mq-2 sensor for LPG detection, dht-22 sensor to monitor temperature and humidity, LCD 1602 with i2c module for the display, and buzzer as sound notification. When an LPG leak or an abnormal temperature value is detected, the device will give notification with the buzzer. The normal limit for LPG should be 0 ppm - 16 ppm, while the normal temperature limit is 25 °C – 37 °C. Testing from this monitoring device can work well, by warning of sound notifications when LPG levels are abnormal. And data from the monitoring LPG results can be accessed through website.-
