Abstract: Produksi ikan nila bioflok dari Rahmat Fish Farm terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Perusahaan berupaya untuk menyediakan ketersediaan pasokan ikan untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Diwujudkan dalam bentuk perluasan pasar dengan membuka cabang outlet penjualan produk Rahmat Fish Farm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan perencanaan pembukaan cabang outlet penjualan produk ikan pada Rahmat Fish Farm, dengan cara melakukan studi kelayakan bisnis. Studi kelayakan bisnis terdiri dari analisis aspek kualitatif dan aspek kuantitatif. Berdasarkan aspek kualitatif yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis atau produksi, aspek manajemen dan hukum, dan aspek sosial ekonomi, serta aspek kolaborasi, pembukaan cabang outlet penjualan produk Rahmat Fish Farm dapat dikatakan layak untuk dilanjutkan. Berdasarkan aspek kuantitatif pembukaan cabang outlet penjualan produk ikan Rahmat Fish Farm juga layak untuk dijalankan. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Payback Period 4,68 tahun, NPV senilai Rp 494.292.329, IRR sebesar 34%, Gross B/C 1,07, dan Net B/C 5,18. Tilapia production using the biofloc method at Rahmat Fish Farm continues to increase every year. The company strives to ensure product availability to meet market demand. This is achieved through market expansion by opening new sales outlet branches for Rahmat Fish Farm products. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of planning the opening a branch outlet selling Rahmat Fish Farm products by conducting a business feasibility study. The business feasibility study consists of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on qualitative aspects which include market and marketing aspects, technical or production aspects, management and legal aspects, as well as socio-economic aspects, as well as collaboration aspects opening a branch sales outlet for Rahmat Fish Farms is considered feasible. Quantitatively, opening these sales outlet branches is also feasible. This is proven by the value of PP (Payback Period) 4,68 years, NPV (Net Present Value) Rp 494.292.329, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 34%, Gross B/C (Benefit-Cost Ratio) Rp 1,07, and Net B/C Rp 5,18.
