Abstract: Griya Hijau Hidroponik salah satu kebun hidroponik yang berada di Kota Bandung. Salah satu produk turunan yang dikelola yaitu minuman berupa juice sehat yang berbahan dasar sayur hidroponik dengan nama Nutritious Juice. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis karakteristik konsumen produk Nutritious Juice, menganalisis kinerja atribut pada produk Nutritious Juice serta menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada produk Nutritious Juice. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Bandung pada bulan Juli hingga Maret 2024. Analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari Importance performance analysis (IPA) dan Customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil analisis IPA diperoleh atribut-atribut pada diagram kartesius pada kuadran I yang wajib dilakukan perbaikan: 1). Pelayanan dalam pembelian produk 2). Bentuk keseluruhan produk 3). Informasi pada kemasan produk. Nilai CSI sebesar 94,73% yang berada rentang 80-100% dengan kategori sangat puas
Griya Hijau Hydroponic is one of the hydroponic gardens located in Bandung City. One of the derivative products that is managed is a drink in the form of a healthy juice made from hydroponic vegetables with the name Nutritious Juice. The purpose of the research is to analyse the consumer characteristics of Nutritious Juice products, analyse the performance of attributes in Nutritious Juice products and analyse the level of consumer satisfaction in Nutritious Juice products. This research was conducted in Bandung City from July to March 2024. The analysis used consists of Importance performance analysis (IPA) and Customer satisfaction index (CSI). The results of the IPA analysis obtained attributes on the cartesian diagram in quadrant I which must be improved: 1). Service in product purchase 2). The overall shape of the product 3). Information on product packaging. CSI score of 94.73% which is in the range of 80-100% with a very satisfied category.
