In fishing activities, a common issue that often occurs is the lack of supplies during the operation of fishing activities. This research aims to identify the general conditions, calculate the actual supply needs, and analyze the efficiency of fishing supplies on drift gillnet fishing vessels sized on 41-60 GT at the Tegalsari Coastal Fishing Port. The research was conducted through direct observation and interviews with fishermen, managers, and ship owners using the Purposive Sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the fishing vessels operate for 2-3 months with the main catch being skipjack tuna and mackerel. The types of supplies used are operational supplies consisting of diesel, oil, fresh water, and consumable supplies consisting of food and others. The supplies carried are still classified as subefficient, as evidenced by the Marginal Production Value (MPV) efficiency obtained each of the variabels at 1.153 for diesel, 10.866 for fresh water, and 0.010 for consumable supplies.
