dc.description.abstract | Pemetaan distribusi mangrove penting dilakukan sebagai informasi dasar dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya mangrove. Pengindraan jauh merupakan suatu metode yang sangat efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan monitoring ekosistem mangrove karena dapat dilakukan secara berkala dan dapat menjangkau daerah yang lebih luas. Perkembangan teknologi penginderaan jauh saat ini dengan menggunakan wahana multispectral unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) telah menghasilkan resolusi spasial dan spektral yang tinggi dan dapat disejajarkan dengan wahana satelit multispectral lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sebaran dan klasifikasi genus mangrove menggunakan UAV multispectral di perairan Pulau Lancang, Kepulauan Seribu serta menganalisis akurasi yang dihasilkan citra UAV multispectral dengan algoritma support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbor (KNN), dan random forest (RF) untuk klasifikasi dan sebaran genus mangrove. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kawasan mangrove Pulau Lancang, Kepulauan Seribu. Pengamatan lapangan dilaksanakan dari tanggal 18 sampai 22 Agustus 2023 untuk mengumpulkan data berupa citra multispektral menggunakan pesawat tanpa awak dan data titik genus mangrove. Penentuan komponen genus mangrove didasarkan pada mangrove yang mendominasi yang diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung dilapangan pada transek secara visual. Dua kelas genus mangrove yang dihasilkan yaitu Rhizophora sp. dan Sonneratian sp. Hasil klasifikasi level 1 dapat diketahui luasan keseluruhan mangrove di Pulau Lancang Kepulauan Seribu sebesar 18,72 Ha. Berdasarkan peta klasifikasi Level 2 genus mangrove menggunakan algoritma SVM, KNN, dan RF menunjukkan genus yang paling mendominasi adalah Rhizophora sp. sekitar 87 % dari total keseluruhan luasan mangrove yang berada di Pulau Lancang Kepulauan seribu diikuti dengan genus Sonneratia sp. sebesar 12,82% dari total keseluruhan luasan. Nilai akurasi keseluruhan antara algoritma SVM, KNN,dan RF masing masing 89,78%, 88,32% dan 89,78%. dc.description.abstract | Mapping the distribution of mangroves is important as basic information in mangrove resource management. Remote sensing is a very effective method used in mangrove ecosystem monitoring activities because it can be done periodically and can cover a wider area. The development of current remote sensing technology using multispectral unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has produced high spatial and spectral resolution and can be aligned with other multispectral satellite vehicles. This study aims to identify the distribution and classification of mangrove genus using multispectral UAVs in the waters of Lancang Island, Kepulauan Seribu and analyse the accuracy produced by multispectral UAV images with support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbor (KNN), and random forest (RF) algorithms for classification and distribution of mangrove genus. This research was conducted in the mangrove area of Lancang Island, Kepulauan Seribu. Field observations were conducted from 18 to 22 August 2023 to collect data in the form of multispectral images using a multispectral unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and mangrove genus point data. Determination of mangrove genus components is based on the dominating mangroves obtained from direct observation in the field on transects visually. The resulting two mangrove genus classes are Rhizophora sp. and Sonneratia sp. The results of level 1 classification can be known that the total area of mangroves on Lancang Island, Kepulauan Seribu is 18.72 Ha. Based on the Level 2 classification map of mangrove genus using SVM, KNN, and RF algorithms shows the most dominating genus is Rhizophora sp. about 87% of the total area of mangroves located on Lancang Island Thousand Islands followed by the genus Sonneratia sp. by 12.82% of the total area. The overall accuracy value between SVM, KNN, and RF algorithms is 89.78%, 88.32% and 89.78% respectively.
