Abstract: | Indo Natural Farm merupakan agrowisata yang berfokus pada bidang
peternakan kambing perah dan mengolah susu kambing menjadi susu pasteurisasi.
Secara ekonomis dengan adanya pengolahan dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dan
tambah. Harga jual produk susu pasteurisasi yaitu 10,000/botol 100ml dengan
target sasaran pasar yaitu konsumen berkeluarga serta pengunjung agrowisata yang
datang untuk menikmati fasilitas yang disediakan. kegiatan proyek akhir ini
dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2023 hingga Januari 2024 dengan partisipasi
langsung pada kegiatan produksi susu pasteurisasi, melalui kegiatan partisipasi ini
didapatkan data primer yang meliputi kualitas produk dan biaya produksi. Kualitas
susu pasteurisasi yang dihasilkan baik karena berasal dari peternakan yang bersih
dan ternak kambing yang sehat. Proses pasteurisasi dilakukan dengan benar serta
menggunakan susu kambing segar. Berdasarkan pengolahan data pada aspek
finansial selama periode 5 bulan Indo Natural Farm mendapatkan keuntungan
sebesar Rp.22,931,172 dengan tingkat pendapatan yaitu 40.9% dari biaya total yang
dikeluarkan Indo Natural Farm is an agritourism venture focused on dairy goat farming and processing goat milk into pasteurized milk. Economically, this processing increases the product's value and marketability. The selling price of pasteurized milk is Rp10,000 /100 ml bottle, targeting families and agritourism visitors who come to enjoy the available facilities. This final project was conducted from August 2023 to January 2024, with direct participation in the production of pasteurized milk. Through this participation, primary data on product quality and production costs were obtained. The quality of the pasteurized milk produced is high, due to the clean farming environment and healthy goats. The pasteurization process is performed correctly using fresh goat milk. Based on financial data processing over a period of five months, Indo Natural Farm achieved a profit of Rp22,931,172 with a revenue rate of 40.9% of the total costs incurred. |
