Abstract: Sprayer gendong elektrik menggunakan baterai untuk menggerakkan pompa dalam menghasilkan tekanan cairan sehingga akan mempengaruhi kinerja pompa sprayer gendong elektrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja penyemprotan dari sepuluh merek sprayer gendong elektrik. Parameter uji kinerja sprayer gendong elektrik terdiri atas ketahanan tegangan baterai, tekanan penyemprotan, debit penyemprotan, analisis getaran dan kebisingan serta evaluasi menggunakan metode pembobotan berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tegangan awal baterai sebesar 12,02 volt hingga 12,12 volt, tekanan penyemprotan sebesar 225 kPa hingga 331 kPa dan debit penyemprotan sebesar 1,40 liter/menit hingga 1,80 liter/menit. Besar getaran sepuluh sprayer gendong elektrik rata-rata lebih besar dari 7,00 m/s2, yaitu sebesar 6,43 m/s2 hingga 18,07 m/s2. Skor terbobot tertinggi adalah sprayer elektrik merek D dengan total skor terbobot sebesar 100,00 dan sprayer I urutan kedua dengan total skor terbobot sebesar 98,40. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sepuluh sprayer gendong elektrik dapat bekerja secara optimal (nilai skor terbobot lebih dari 90,00). Dampak getaran dapat dikurangi dengan cara memasang alas punggung pada sprayer.
Electric knapsack sprayers use batteries to drive the pump to produce liquid pressure, which will affect the performance of the electric handheld sprayer pump. This study aims to evaluate the spraying performance of ten brands of electric handheld sprayers. The test parameters of electric handheld sprayer performance consist of battery voltage resistance, spraying pressure, spraying discharge, vibration and noise analysis and evaluation using a weighting method based on evaluation criteria. The results showed that the initial battery voltage was 12,02 volts to 12,12 volts, spraying pressure was 225 kPa to 331 kPa and spraying discharge was 1,40 liters/minute to 1,80 liters/minute. The average vibration magnitude of the ten electric sprayers is greater than 7,00 m/s2, which is 6,43 m/s2 to 18,07 m/s2. The highest weighted score was the D brand electric sprayer with a total weighted score of 100,00 and the I sprayer came second with a total weighted score of 98,40. The evaluation results show that the ten electric sprayers can work optimally (weighted score values of more than 90,00). The impact of vibration can be reduced by installing a back mat on the sprayer.
