Aglaonema is an ornamental plant of the Araceae family. The propagation of aglaonema typically involves using cuttings. The constraints of propagation using cuttings are the formation of shoots and slow root growth. Accelerate root growth by adding plant regulator type auxin. This study aims to obtain the optimum concentration of NAA growth regulator on the growth and production of aglaonema through the shoot cuttings propagation method. The research was conducted at the Mekar Hurip Nursery, Sukamantri Village, Tamansari District, Bogor Regency, West Java, from December 2023 to March 2024. The research experimental design used RKLT factorial with two factors. The first factor was NAA and BAP with four levels (control, 75 and 150 ppm, 150 and 150 ppm, 200 and 150 ppm), while the second factor was aglaonema cultivars with four levels (Siam Aurora, Snow White, Sultan Brunei, and Big Roy). There were 16 combinations with five replications; each experiment consisted of three plants. Observation data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SAS using the F test of variance to determine if there was a significant effect, followed by further tests using DMRT at the a = 5% level. The concentration of ZPT NAA that produces optimum growth is 218 ppm on the Big Roy cultivar, 155 ppm on the Snow White cultivar, 102.25 ppm on the Sultan Brunei cultivar, and 95.84 ppm on the Siam Aurora cultivar.-
