dc.description.abstractMengacu pada ISO 17025:2017 laboratorium yang telah tersertifikasi wajib melakukan validasi dan verifikasi metode analisis dalam pengujian. Validasi metode merupakan tindakan konfirmasi melalui pengujian dan pengadaan bukti objektif bahwa persyaratan tertentu untuk maksud terpenuhi dipenuhi. Verifikasi merupakan penyediaan bukti objektif bahwa suatu metode tertentu memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Dilakukan validasi dan verifikasi metode penetapan kadar vitamin B9 pada produk susu cair dengan instrumen High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), metode pengujian analisis kimia yang digunakan untuk pemisahan secara kualitatif, kuantitatif, isolasi, dan pemurnian. Susu cair merupakan cairan dari ambing hewan ternak penghasil susu baik segar maupun yang dipanaskan melalui proses pemanasan. Prinsip metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu protein dalam susu cair didenaturasi dengan larutan asam, lalu disaring kemudian diinjeksikan ke dalam instrumen HPLC. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan verifikasi metode yang telah dilakukan, pada validasi metode terdiri dari parameter linearitas, limit deteksi, presisi, akurasi, dan robussnest serta verifikasi metode terdiri dari parameter linearitas, limit deteksi, presisi, dan akurasi telah memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan.
dc.description.abstractAccording to ISO 17025:2018, certified laboratories are required to perform validation and verification of analytical methods used in testing. Method validation involves confirming through testing and providing objective evidence that specific requirements for a particular purpose are fulfilled. Verification entails providing objective evidence that a particular method meets predetermined requirements. In this study, validation and verification of the method for determining the level of vitamin B9 in liquid milk products were conducted using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), a chemical analysis method used for qualitative and quantitative, and purification. Liquid milk is the fluid from the udder of dairy animals, whether fresh or heated through pasteurization. The analytical method principle involves denaturing proteins in milk with an acidic solution, followed by filtration and injection into the HPLC instrument. Based on the results of the method validation and verification, which included parameters such as linearity, detection limit, precision, accuracy, and robustness. All specified requirements were met.
