| dc.description.abstract | Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the pillars supporting Indonesia's economy, contributing approximately 60.34% of the total GDP in 2022. Currently, the rapid digital development requires MSMEs to undergo digital transformation in their business systems. However, there are many obstacles and challenges affecting this process. The most common challenges faced by MSMEs include limited digital literacy, limited technology, and financial constraints. This study aims to analyze the impact of MSME factors on the performance of digital transformation and to formulate policy recommendations through dynamic system modeling related to MSME digital transformation. The modeling is conducted in stages by creating causal loop diagrams and stock and flow diagrams (SFD). The formulation in the SFD uses significance values with the structural equation modeling method. Simulations are carried out in stages, from the lowest transformation level to the highest transformation level. Based on the simulation results, government policies are recommended to facilitate MSMEs in terms of literacy, funding, and technology access to enhance their digital transformation capabilities. | |
