| dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan usaha kuliner di Kota Bogor yang pesat terutama produk olahan daging domba dan kambing berpengaruh positif terhadap permintaan daging domba dan kambing. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis jumlah permintaan daging domba dan kambing serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya pada rumah makan sate di Kota Bogor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan wawancara langsung pada responden pemilik atau pengelola rumah makan sate. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi jumlah permintaan daging domba dan kambing pada rumah makan sate menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, serta dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah permintaan daging domba dan kambing pada 35 rumah makan sate di Kota Bogor adalah 166,89 kg/hari. Faktor jumlah penjualan sate domba dan kambing berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan daging domba dan kambing dengan koefisien regresi 0,524 sementara variabel lainnya dalam penelitian ini tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan daging domba dan kambing. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The rapid development of culinary businesses in Bogor City, especially processed lamb and mutton products, has a positive effect on the demand for lamb and mutton. This study aims to analyze the demand for lamb and mutton and the factors that influence it in satay restaurants in Bogor City. Data collection was carried out through direct interviews with respondents who own or manage satay restaurants. Data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively and the factors that influence the amount of demand for lamb and mutton at satay restaurants using multiple regression analysis, and classical assumption testing was carried out. The results showed that the total demand for lamb and mutton at 35 satay restaurants in Bogor City was 166.89 kg/day. The factor of the number of sales of lamb and goat satay has a significant effect on the demand for lamb and mutton with a regression coefficient of 0.524 while other variables in this study do not significantly affect the demand for lamb and mutton. | - |
