| Abstract: | Penelitian yang dilakukan di BPSI Tanah dan Pupuk, tepatnya di
Laboratorium Kimia Tanah, khususnya air limbah dari pencucian alat-alat
laboratorium dan limbah ruangan asam, dianggap sebagai limbah industri karena
kompleksitas dan potensi bahayanya. Ada enam tahap atau proses dalam
pengelolaan air limbah, yang bertujuan untuk menghilangkan kontaminan,
meminimalkan dampak negatif pada lingkungan, dan memastikan sesuai dengan
standar kualitas air yang ditetapkan. Setelah proses pengelolaan, pengukuran pH
dan TDS dilakukan untuk memastikan kualitas air limbah. Jika kualitasnya buruk,
ini dapat mengindikasikan masalah dalam proses pengelolaan atau kerusakan alat.
Oleh karena itu, pengukuran pH dan TDS diperlukan sebelum air limbah dibuang.
Sistem Pemantauan dibuat untuk melakukan pemantauan terhadap kualitas air
limbah melalui pengukuran nilai pH dan TDS Melalui alat ini, bertujuan untuk
menciptakan sebuah data logger yang dapat secara akurat merekam dan memantau
perubahan nilai sensor dalam air limbah. Data logger ini akan memberikan
informasi yang berharga tentang kualitas air limbah secara terus-menerus. Research conducted at BPSI Soil and Fertilizer, precisely in the Soil Chemistry Laboratory, especially wastewater from washing laboratory equipment and acid room waste, is considered industrial waste because of its complexity and potential danger. There are six stages or processes in wastewater management, which aim to remove contaminants, minimize negative impacts on the environment, and ensure compliance with established water quality standards. After the management process, pH and TDS measurements are carried out to ensure wastewater quality. If the quality is poor, this may indicate problems in the management process or equipment damage. Therefore, pH and TDS measurements are required before wastewater is discharged. The Monitoring System is made to monitor wastewater quality through measuring pH and TDS values. Through this tool, it aims to create a data logger that can accurately record and monitor changes in sensor values in wastewater. These data loggers will provide valuable information about wastewater quality continuously. |
