| dc.description.abstract | JIMMY NICHOLAS SIREGAR. Supervised by AGUS BUONO. Stress is a common mental health issue among workers, including employees of PT Telkom Witel Bogor, caused by work pressure, high targets, and tight deadlines. Prolonged stress can affect physical and mental health, such as fatigue, anxiety, depression, and decreased productivity. Therefore, research was conducted to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based stress detection tool using a Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sensor that measures changes in skin conductivity in response to stress and displays real-time data through the Blynk application. Descriptive analysis showed that the GSR sensor showed the most responses in the "Moist" condition with a mean value of 5.94, median of 5.0, and mode of 5. While the MAX30102 heart rate sensor showed a mean value of 44.68, median of 55.0, and mode of 70, indicating that the "Slow" condition of the heart rate was the most frequent in the measurement, which corresponds to the finding that the stress level of the majority of respondents tends to be at a mild stress level. This tool helps management monitor and manage employee stress levels, improve well-being and productivity, and reduce the negative impact of work stress.
