| dc.description.abstract | Ekosistem mangrove merupakan salah satu ekosistem yang dapat menyerap emisi gas sehingga dapat menjadi upaya dalam mitigasi pemanasan global. Pulau Pramuka merupakan salah satu pulau di Kepulauan Seribu yang memiliki ekosistem mangrove yang sangat luas sehingga memiliki potensi untuk menyimpan karbon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui banyaknya stok karbon serta banyaknya karbon yang terserap pada area mangrove di Pulau Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta pada tegakan dan sedimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non destuktif dengan melakukan pengukuran diameter pohon mangrove setinggi dada (DBH) pada 4 stasiun dan menggunakan pipa akrilik untuk mengambil sedimen. Perhitungan biomassa mangrove pada atas dan bawah permukaan menggunakan persamaan alometrik. Analisis karbon tanah menggunakan metode Walkey & Black. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan estimasi potensi stok karbon mangrove di Pulau Pramuka adalah sebesar 345,06 tonC/ha. | dc.description.abstract | Mangrove ecosystem is one of the ecosystems that can absorb gas emissions so that it can be an effort in mitigating global warming. Pramuka Island is one of the islands in Kepulauan Seribu that has a very extensive mangrove ecosystem that has the potential to store carbon. This study aims to determine the amount of carbon stock and the amount of carbon sequestered in mangrove areas on Pramuka Island, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta in stands and sediments. Sampling using non destructive method by measuring the diameter of mangrove trees at breast height (DBH) at 4 locations and using acrylic pipes to take sediments. Calculation of mangrove biomass above and below the surface using the allometric equation. Soil carbon analysis using the Walkey & Black method. The results showed that the estimated potential of mangrove carbon stock in Pramuka Island was 345,06 tonsC/ha.
