Seedling is an aspect that needs special attention in supporting the oil palm area development program is the provision of healthy seedlings, superior potential and on time. In planting oil palm, additional nutrients are needed from fertilizers so that the growth of seedlings can be maximized. Giving liquid waste is expected to meet the needs of nutrients by plants. FMA is thought to be able to store nutrients by binding nutrients to plant roots for a longer time than without application. FMA. The application of a combination of liquid waste fertilizer and FMA at the beginning of planting seedlings or at the time of transplanting is thought to be able to increase the growth of oil palm seedlings. The research activities were carried out at Beturus Estate, PT Budidaya Agro Lestari with the experimental design is a randomized complete randomized design (RKLT) with 2 factors, namely the first factor of FMA application and the second factor of liquid waste liquid fertilizer volume. Liquid waste has a significant effect on the growth variables of oil palm seedlings and FMA and the interaction of the two treatments also have a significant effect on the weight produced. The recommended dose of liquid waste application is 500 ml/polybag combined with FMA application.
