dc.description.abstract | Kondisi pandemi mengakibatkan industri pariwisata mengalami pengurangan kunjungan wisatawan. Kabupaten Samosir memiliki sektor pariwisata yang menjadi unggulan bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat. Banyak objek wisata di Kabupaten Samosir yang terkena dampak dari pandemic, salah satunya Sigale Gale. Sigale Gale merupakan komoditi pariwisata sebagai hiburan untuk wisatawan. Patung Sigale Gale memiliki potensi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tujuan wisata yang nantinya akan dapat meningkatkan sektor kepariwisataan di Daerah Samosir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah, keunikan, pengelolaan, faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh bagi pengelolaan Patung Sigale Gale, menyusun strategi pengembangan pada wisata Patung Sigale Gale. Data yang sejarah, keunikan dan pengelolaan diambil dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam. Data internal dan eksternal diambil dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 200 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis SWOT dalam matriks IFAS dan EFAS dan matriks SWOT. Strategi pengembangan Objek Wisata Patung Sigale Gale berada pada kuadran 4 dan strategi pengembangan yang harus diterapkan adalah strategi turn around. Strategi turn around dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang dimiliki untuk meminimalisir kelemahan. | - |
dc.description.abstract | Pandemic conditions have resulted in the tourism industry experiencing a reduction in tourist visits. Samosir Regency has a tourism sector that is a flagship for the government and the community. Many tourist attractions in Samosir Regency have been affected by the pandemic, one of which is Sigale Gale. Sigale Gale is a tourism commodity as entertainment for tourists. The Sigale Gale statue has the potential to be used as a tourist destination which will later be able to improve the tourism sector in the Samosir Region. This study aims to determine the history, uniqueness, management, internal factors and external factors that influence the management of the Sigale Gale Statue, develop development strategies on Sigale Gale Statue tourism. Data that are historical, unique and manageable are taken using in-depth interview methods. Internal and external data were taken by distributing questionnaires to 200 people. Data analysis using SWOT Analysis in IFAS and EFAS matrices and SWOT matrices. The development strategy of the Sigale Gale Statue Tourism Object is in quadrant 4 and the development strategy that must be applied is the turn around strategy. The turn around strategy is carried out by utilizing the opportunities you have to minimize weaknesses. | - |
