Abstract: | Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan dan menjadi prioritas dalam pembangunan nasional dan pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Indonesia. Stunting menghambat pertumbuhan fisik dan kognitif anak-anak serta memiliki dampak jangka panjang terhadap kesejahteraan dan potensi manusia. Dilansir dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sukabumi, pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 996 anak mengalami kasus stunting. Maka diperlukan upaya untuk menekan angka stunting, salah satunya melalui kampanye iklan layanan masyarakat (ILM). ILM yang efektif sangat bergantung pada peran penulis naskah dalam merancang pesan yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh audience. Ide penulis naskah sangat diperlukan untuk dituangkan ke dalam tulisan yang dapat mendorong kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu stunting. Pesan yang disampaikan oleh penulis naskah yang dimuat dalam iklan akan diproses oleh komunikan dan akan menghasilkan efek atau reaksi. Hal ini sejalan dengan prinsip teori S-O-R juga membantu seorang penulis naskah untuk merancang pesan agar dapat diterima dan menimbulkan efek serta perubahan perilaku bagi masyarakat. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengedukasi masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup generasi mendatang di Indonesia. Stunting is a significant health problem and a priority in national development and achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. Stunting inhibits the physical and cognitive development of children and has a long-term impact on human well-being and potential. According to the Sukabumi City Health Service, by 2023, 996 children had stunting cases. Then it takes an effort to suppress stunting numbers, one of them through public service advertising campaigns. (ILM). An effective ILM relies heavily on the role of the writer in designing messages that are interesting and easy to understand by the audience. The writer's ideas are essential to be poured into writing that can encourage public awareness of stunting issues. The message delivered by the writer of the script loaded in the ad will be processed by communicate and will produce an effect or reaction. It is in line with the S-O-R theory and also helps a scriptwriter to design messages that are acceptable and cause effects and behavioral change for society. These efforts are expected to help educate communities and improve the quality of life of future generations in Indonesia. |
