| dc.description.abstract | Trichoderma spp. are biological agents with antagonistic properties against pathogens, especially soil and airborne pathogens, such as the pathogen Rhizoctonia solani that attacks coffee plant seedlings. Rhizoctonia solani can cause stem lodging or shoot death in coffee plant seedlings. Antagonism occurs when Trichoderma spp. act in ways that are potentially harmful to other organisms, such as acts of competition, parasitism, and toxin production. The process of propagating biological agents of Trichoderma spp. can be done through reproduction and exploration methods. The reproduction method aims to obtain the first derivative (F1) of the mains Trichoderma spp. through fermentation of finished materials with certain trademarks. The exploration method is done by exploring the field, to collect microorganisms from the rhizosphere or plant parts that do not show symptoms of disease. This exploration also aims to obtain Trichoderma spp. fungi obtained from nature. | - |
