Abstract: Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, efisiensi dan akurasi dalam produksi adalah kunci bagi kesuksesan perusahaan manufaktur seperti PT Nirwana Tirta, yang memproduksi minuman kemasan. Sistem pencatatan produksi konvensional sering mengalami kendala seperti kesalahan manusia dan keterlambatan informasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pencatatan produksi dengan teknologi barcode dan logika fuzzy. Barcode mempercepat pencatatan dan mengurangi kesalahan input data, sementara logika fuzzy mengolah data dengan ketidakpastian dan menghasilkan keputusan lebih akurat. Sistem ini menggunakan barcode reader GM-65 dan mikrokontroler ESP32 untuk mengolah data yang dikirim ke server dan ditampilkan di website. Hasilnya, sistem ini mengurangi waktu pencatatan dari 5-8 menit menjadi 2-3 menit per palet, meningkatkan akurasi, dan memberikan evaluasi kinerja produksi harian yang lebih efektif, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan produksi di PT Nirwana Tirta
In the era of globalization and digitalization, efficiency and accuracy in production are crucial for the success of manufacturing companies like PT Nirwana Tirta, a packaged beverage producer. Conventional production recording systems often face issues such as human error and information delays. This research develops a production recording system using barcode technology and fuzzy logic. Barcodes speed up recording and reduce data input errors, while fuzzy logic processes data with uncertainty and produces more accurate decisions. The system uses the GM-65 barcode reader and ESP32 microcontroller to process data, which is sent to a server and displayed on a website. Results show that the system reduces recording time from 5-8 minutes to 2-3 minutes per pallet, improves accuracy, and provides more effective daily production performance evaluations, thus enhancing production efficiency and security at PT Nirwana Tirta.
