Abstract: Diskominfo (Dinas komunikasi dan Informasi) Kota Bogor tentunya berkewajiban untuk menyalurkan Informasi publik yang di antaranya yaitu pelayanan aduan masyarakat. Di antaranya SiBadra, SP4N-Lapor, Call Center 112, PPID (Pejabat Pengelolaan Informasi dan Dokumentasi). Penulisan laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai implementasi dari teknik pengambilan gambar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu partisipasi aktif, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Pada proses pembuatan konten terdapat lima belas tahapan yang dikelompokkan menjadi tiga bagian pra produksi, produksi dan pascaproduksi. Pada konten SiBadra terdapat tiga belas type shot, sebelas pada konten Call center 112, enam pada konten SP4N-Lapor dan PPID. Pada konten SiBadra dan Call center 112 terdapat lima teknik camera angle, enam teknik pada konten SP4N-Lapor, dan empat teknik pada konten PPID. Pada konten SiBadra terdapat dua teknik camera movement, pada konten Call center 112 hanya terdapat teknik tracking, pada konten SP4N-Lapor dan PPID terdapat tiga teknik camera movement.
Bogor City's Diskominfo (Communication and Information Service) is of course obliged to distribute public information, which includes serving public complaints. These include SiBadra, SP4N-Lapor, Call Center 112, PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officer). The aim of writing this final report is to discuss the implementation of the image capture techniques. The data collection techniques used were active participation, interviews, observation and literature study. In the content creation process there are fifteen stages which are grouped into three parts, pre-production, production and post-production. In the SiBadra content there are thirteen shot types, eleven in the Call center 112 content, six in the SP4N-Lapor and PPID content. In the SiBadra and Call center 112 content there are five camera angle techniques, six techniques in the SP4NLapor content, and four techniques in the PPID content. In the SiBadra content there are two camera movement techniques, in the Call center 112 content there is only a tracking technique, in the SP4N-Lapor and PPID content there are three camera movement techniques.
