Abstract: Pelaksanaan kegiatan magang industri berlokasi di PT. Natamas Plast yang merupakan perusahaan yang beroperasi di sektor manufaktur yang memproduksi kemasan untuk industri farmasi dan kosmetik. Proyek yang dijalankan oleh penulis adalah proyek perbaikan kualitas guna menurunkan reject pada salah satu produk eksisting di PT. Natamas Plast. Hal tersebut yang menjadi fokus penulis untuk menurunkan jumlah produk reject pada saat proses produksi berlangsung. Perbaikan kualitas berguna untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, efisiensi operasional dan menjaga reputasi perusahaan di mata pelanggan. Rencana perbaikan kualitas yang di analisis penulis dengan menggunakan metode Lean Six Sigma. Penurunan persentase reject rate dapat terealisasikan apabila adanya dorongan dari departemen terkait dan manajemen untuk melakukan perbaikan berkesinambungan untuk terus melakukan improvement sehingga terciptanya tujuan perusahaan yaitu zero defect. Berdasarkan hasil perbaikan kualitas yang sudah dilakukan terjadi penurunan reject rate pada proses produksi botol blanc dari 14% reject rate tertinggi pada bulan Oktober dan November menjadi 4% pada bulan Maret 2024.
Implementation of industrial internship activities is located at PT. Natamas Plast is a company operating in the manufacturing sector that produces packaging for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The project carried out by the author is a quality improvement project to reduce reject s on one of the existing products at PT. Natamas Plast. This is the focus of the author to reduce the number of rejected products during the production process. Quality improvement is useful for increasing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and maintaining the company's reputation in the eyes of customers. The author analyzed the quality improvement plan using the Lean Six Sigma method. Reducing the reject rate percentage can be realized if there is encouragement from the relevant departments and management to make continuous improvements to continue making improvements so as to create the company's goal of zero defects. Based on the results of quality improvements that have been carried out, there has been a decrease in the reject rate in the blanc bottle production process from the highest 14% reject rate in October and November to 4% in March 2024.
