Abstract: PT Bukit Asam Tbk merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan batubara. Aktivitas penambangan yang dilakukan perusahaan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan batubara. Batubara dapat didistribusikan langsung ke pelanggan dan dapat diolah kembali menjadi produk hilirisasi. Briket merupakan salah satu produk hilirisasi batubara yang berupa bahan bakar. Batubara merupakan bahan utama dalam pembuatan briket. Batubara tersebut diperoleh dari limbah aktivitas pengangkutan batubara. Tujuan penelitian pada Laporan Proyek Akhir ini untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi produksi briket sehingga daya beli konsumen terhadap briket meningkat. Peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi dilakukan melalui penetapan lokasi sumber batubara prioritas. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam penetapan lokasi sumber batubara prioritas meliputi aksesibilitas, kualitas, dan deposit. Metode penelitian menggunakan model Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan metode Pairwise Comparison. Alternatif lokasi sumber batubara dengan skor bobot penilaian tertinggi merupakan lokasi prioritas.
PT Bukit Asam Tbk was a State-Owned Enterprise which operated in the coal mining sector. The mining activities carried out by the company aim to produced coal. Coal could be distributed directly to customers and could be reprocessed into downstream products. Briquettes were one of the coal downstream products in the form of fuel. Coal was the main ingredient in made briquettes. This coal was obtained from waste from coal transportation activities. The aim of the research in this Final Project Report was to increased the effectivity and efficiency of briquette production so that consumers purchased power for briquettes increased. Increased effectivity and efficiency carried out through determining priority coal source locations. The assessment criteria used in determining priority coal source locations include accessibilities, qualities and deposits. The research method used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model with the Pairwise Comparison method. The alternative coal source location with the highest assessment weight score was the priority location
