Abstract: Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang konsisten merupakan faktor penting dalam manajemen rantai pasok. Industri konstruksi jaringan fiber optik menghadapi tantangan khusus, di mana kinerja rantai pasok memiliki dampak langsung terhadap produktivitas dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok dengan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional PT XYZ. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di PT XYZ cabang kota Batam pada periode kuartal 1 hingga 4 tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) serta analisis terhadap kinerja rantai pasok berdasarkan model SCOR. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa atribut kinerja keandalan memiliki skor normalisasi 87,97% (good), daya tanggap dengan skor 94,34% (excellent), kelincahan dengan skor 96,72% (excellent), manajemen biaya dengan skor 82,29% (good), dan pengelolaan aset dengan skor sempurna 100% (excellent). Temuan ini mengindikasikan area potensial untuk peningkatan, terutama dalam pengiriman tepat waktu dan manajemen biaya pemeliharaan.
Consistent measurement of supply chain performance is a crucial factor in supply chain management. The fiber optic network construction industry faced unique challenges, where supply chain performance had a direct impact on productivity and efficiency. This study aimed to analyze supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to enhance the operational effectiveness of PT XYZ. The research took place at PT XYZ's Batam branch from Q1 to Q4 of 2023. This study used a quantitative method involving the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and statistical analysis of supply chain performance based on SCOR metrics. The results indicated that the reliability performance attribute had a normalized score of 87,97% (Good), responsiveness reached 94,34% (Excellent), agility reached 96,72% (Excellent), cost management with a score of 82,29% (Good), while asset management with a perfect score of 100% (Excellent). These findings suggested potential areas for improvement, particularly in on-time delivery and maintenance cost management.
