Abstract: Bursa Efek Indonesia telah memfasilitasi investor saham syariah ketika mencari pedoman dalam membentuk portofolio di pasar saham syariah, yaitu dengan membuat indeks saham syariah. Namun, jumlah investor saham syariah di Indonesia belum teroptimalkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk sebuah portofolio optimal yang mempertimbangkan tingkat risiko dan tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan pada indeks saham syariah IDX Sharia Growth Periode 2023. Portofolio optimal ini diharapkan menjadi rekomendasi dan bahan pertimbangan kepada investor saham syariah ketika melakukan pengambilan keputusan dalam berinvestasi. Metode penelitian ini mengadopsi Model Markowitz dengan metrik sharpe ratio optimal dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan 9 kombinasi saham syariah yang membentuk portofolio optimal, dengan tingkat pengembalian portofolio yang diharapkan sebesar 51,21%, risiko portofolio sebesar 14,03%, dan nilai sharpe ratio optimal sebesar 44,87%.
The Indonesia Stock Exchange has facilitated Islamic stock investors when looking for guidelines in forming portfolios in the Islamic stock market, namely by creating an Islamic stock index. However, the number of Islamic stock investors in Indonesia has not been optimized. Therefore, this study aims to form an optimal portfolio that considers the level of risk and the expected rate of return on the IDX Sharia Growth Islamic stock index for the period 2023. This optimal portfolio is expected to be a recommendation and consideration for Islamic stock investors when making investment decisions. This research method adopts the Markowitz Model with the optimal sharpe ratio metric and is processed using the Microsoft Excel application. The results of this study resulted in 9 combinations of Islamic stocks that form the optimal portfolio, with an expected portfolio return of 51.21%, a portfolio risk of 14.03%, and an optimal sharpe ratio value of 44.87%.
