Abstract: Frozen durian is durian that is packaged and then frozen to maintain quality longer. The large number of frozen durian brands on the market has caused a decline in sales and competition at the trader level, especially in terms of price. The current price for this product exceeds the market price, so it is necessary to set a more efficient price that is in accordance with the quality of the product. This research aims to analyze consumer characteristics and perceptions regarding price, product quality and consumer satisfaction; analyze the effect of price on product quality and consumer satisfaction; and analyze the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Intidaya Agrowisata in July 2023 – April 2024. The analytical tools in this research used descriptive analysis and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with 100 respondents. The research results showed that respondents' perceptions of price, product quality and consumer satisfaction of frozen durian were in the medium category; price has a positive and significant effect on product quality and consumer satisfaction; and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
Frozen durian adalah durian yang dikemas lalu dibekukan untuk mempertahankan kualitas lebih lama. Banyaknya merek frozen durian di pasar menyebabkan penurunan penjualan dan terjadinya persaingan di tingkat pedagang, terutama dalam hal harga. Harga saat ini untuk produk tersebut melebihi harga pasar, sehingga perlu penetapan harga yang lebih efisien yang sesuai dengan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan persepsi konsumen mengenai harga, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen; menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen; serta menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Intidaya Agrolestari pada bulan Juli 2023 – April 2024. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap harga, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen frozen durian berada pada kategori sedang; harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen; serta kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen
