Abstract: Kampus IPB Gunung Gede – Cilibende merupakan salah satu bagian dari IPB University yang digunakan oleh bagian Sekolah Vokasi IPB dan Sekolah Bisnis IPB.
IPB Gunung Gede – Cilibende Campus is a part of IPB University which is used by the IPB Vocational School and IPB Business School. With limited land, increasing the number of students and lecturers, as well as the construction of infrastructure and campus facilities has the potential to increase carbon emissions on campus. So there is a need for green space which acts as an absorber of carbon dioxide (CO2) and creates a healthier environment on IPB Gunung Gede - Cilibende Campus. This research aims to analyze land use, changes in green space, and projected green space needs at IPB Gunung Gede - Cilibende Campus. Based on the master plan that has been made, the green space area in the campus environment in 2030 will be at a percentage of 29,83%, this result is below the minimum green space limit, namely 64%. However, the open space area is still above the minimum green space limit, namely at a percentage of 65,19%. This open space area needs to be utilized optimally to compensate for the lack of green space. The lack of green space ratio can be overcome with vertical gardens and green roofs.
