Perancangan Aplikasi Pencatatan Keuangan Berbasis Microsoft Excel Macro Pada UMKM Fita Laundry

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Fita Laundry merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa cuci dan setrika pakaian serta hal sejenisnya uang umum digunakan oleh masyarakat. Perancangan sistem aplikasi pencatatan keuangan berbasis Microsoft Excel Macro ini berdasarkan dengan adanya permasalahan pencatatan keuangan pada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi perancangan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan pada UMKM Fita Laundry, mengidentifikasi sistem informasi akuntansi pencatatan keuangan berbasis Microsoft Excel Macro, dan penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis Microsoft Excel pada pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu waterfall yang digambarkan melalui pendekatan secara sistematis terhadap pengembangan perangkat lunak yang diawali dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan tahap pendukung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan aplikasi ini sudah dilakukan dan memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap pencatatan data masuk, data keluar serta pengelolaan barang. Perancangan sistem aplikasi berbasis microsoft excel macro merupakan langkah yang tepat guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi terutama pencatatan keuangan pada UMKM Fita Laundry.

The Fita Laundry Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) is a business engaged in laundry and ironing services, as well as similar activities commonly used by the public. The design of a financial recording application system based on Microsoft Excel Macro was developed due to the existing financial recording problems in the company. The research aims to identify the design of a financial recording application at the Fita Laundry MSME, identify the Microsoft Excel Macro-based financial recording accounting information system, and implement the Microsoft Excel-based accounting information system for MSME actors. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, namely the waterfall, which is depicted through a systematic approach to software development, starting from analysis, design, coding, testing, and the support stage. Based on the research results, the implementation of this application has been carried out and has had a positive impact on the recording of incoming and outgoing data as well as inventory management. The design of a Microsoft Excel macro-based application system is the right step to increase effectiveness and efficiency, especially in financial recording, at the Fita Laundry MSME.
