Abstract: IGO OKTAVIAN PRATAMA Evaluasi waktu baku Proses Join Cuffs Kemeja Koko dengan Metode Stopwatch di CV Suho Garmindo.
IGO OKTAVIAN PRATAMA. Evaluation Of Standard Time For Joining Process Of Cuffs Of Koko Shirt Using Stopwatch Method At Cv Suho Garmindo. Supervised by PURANA INDRAWAN. The production process is crucial for achieving company targets and ensuring smooth operations. Discrepancies between daily targets and the number of products produced, as well as the accumulation of raw materials in the join cuffs process, can negatively impact the company. This research aims to increase productivity and optimize the working time of the join cuffs process by analyzing motion studies, motion economy, and calculating standard time. The standard time calculation is performed using the stopwatch method, chosen because the task is repetitive and performed by a single operator. Observation data collected with a stopwatch are standardized using upper control limits (UCL) and lower control limits (LCL), tested for sufficiency, and the standard time is calculated by incorporating adjustment and allowance factors. The results show a cycle time of 125.56 seconds, a normal time of 146.90 seconds with an adjustment factor of 1,17, and a standard time of 176.28 seconds with an allowance of 20%. Based on these calculations, the operator's capability is 160 pairs of cuffs/ day.
