dc.description.abstractBeruang Madu (Helarctos malayanus) merupakan satwa yang dilindungi dan termasuk kedalam kategori rentan menurut IUCN. Konflik antara beruang madu dengan manusia mengakibatkan masyarakat sekitar mengalami keterbatasan beraktivitas, kerugian secara mental, finansial bahkan dapat mengancam nyawa. Konflik yang terjadi antara beruang madu dengan manusia memerlukan penanganan yang optimal dengan melibatkan beberapa pihak atau stakeholder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stakeholder, mengidentifikasi tingkat pengaruh dan kepentingan stakeholder, mengidentifikasi hubungan antar stakeholder dan menganalisis efektifitas dalam penanganan konflik beruang madu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di UPTD KPHP Kerinci Unit I dengan metode analisis stakeholder dan pengumpulan data yaitu identifikasi pengaruh dan kepentingan stakeholder, wawancara , observasi lapang dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 22 stakeholder yang terlibat dalam penanganan konflik beruang madu yaitu 5 keyplayer, 15 subject dan 2 crowd. Keyplayer memiliki posisi sentral dalam melakukan kolaborasi dengan melibatkan subject dan crowd untuk penanganan konflik beruang madu. Setiap stakeholder melakukan kolaborasi baik dalam bentuk komunikasi koordinasi dan kerjasama. Penanganan konflik beruang madu tergolong belum efektif sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan kolaborasi, peningkatan pendampingan dan sosialisasi, melibatkan masyarakat ataupun stakeholder secara aktif, ketegasan dari pemerintah terkait kebijakan yang dibuat dan peningkatan anggaran.
dc.description.abstractThe Honey Bear (Helarctos malayanus) is a protected animal in the vulnerable category, according to the IUCN. The conflict between honey bears and humans causes the surrounding community to experience limited activities, mental losses, financial and can even be life-threatening. The conflict between honey bears and humans requires optimal handling involving several parties or stakeholders. This research aims to identify stakeholders, identify the level of influence and interests of stakeholders, identify relationships between stakeholders, and analyze effectiveness in handling honeybear conflicts. The research was carried out at UPTD KPHP Kerinci Unit I with stakeholder analysis and data collection methods: identification of stakeholder influence and interests, interviews, field observations, and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, there are 22 stakeholders involved in handling the honey bear conflict, namely five key players, 15 subjects, and two crowds. Key players are central to collaborating with subjects and crowds to handle honey bear conflicts. Every stakeholder collaborates both in the form of coordination and cooperation communication. Handling the honey bear conflict is not yet effective, so it is necessary to increase collaboration, assistance, and socialization, actively involve the community or stakeholders, firmness from the government regarding the policies made, and increase the budget
