Abstract

SUKARSIH. Analisis dan Perancangan Format Perhitungan Biaya Produksi Metode Full Costing untuk Penentuan Laba Berbasis Google Spreadsheet pada Pabrik Tahu Sumedang Wargi Jaya. Dibimbing oleh MUTIARA PUSPA WIDYOWATI. Usaha Tahu Sumedang Wargi Jaya merupakan usaha perseorangan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi makanan dengan tahu sebagai produknya. Pemilik usaha masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menghitung biaya produksi dengan lebih akurat sehingga laba yang dihasilkan belum dapat ditentukan dengan akurat pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menganalisis perhitungan biaya produksi metode pemilik, menganalisis perhitungan biaya produksi metode full costing, menganalisis laba usaha berdasarkan kedua perhitungan biaya produksi, membuat format perhitungan biaya produksi metode full costing dengan pemanfaatan Google Spreadsheet, dan menganalisis break even point. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian berupa format perhitungan biaya produksi metode full costing berbasis Google Spreadsheet yang dapat membantu pemilik dalam menghitung biaya produksi saat adanya inovasi produk terbaru atau pada saat perubahan harga bahan yang digunakan. Business owners still experience difficulties in calculating production costs more accurately so that the profits generated cannot be determined accurately either. This research aims to help analyze production cost calculations using the owner's method, analyze production cost calculations using the full costing method, analyze business profits based on both production cost calculations, create a production cost calculation format using the full costing method using Google Spreadsheet, and analyze break even points. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results obtained from the research are in the form of a full costing method calculation format based on Google Spreadsheet which can help owners calculate production costs when there are new product innovations or when the prices of materials used change.
