Abstract: SUCI SRIHANDAYANI. Analisis Usaha Penjualan Produk Olahan Susu di Biimilk Bogor Jawa Barat. Dibimbing oleh ANNISA HAKIM dan FITRIANI EKA PUJI LESTARI. Berdasarkan hasil proyeksi (Outlook susu 2022) pada tahun 2022-2024 konsumsi susu di Indonesia akan mengalami peningkatan. Pada tahun 2022 konsumsi susu sapi di Indonesia diperkirakan sebesar 989,15 ribu ton, tahun berikutnya 2023 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,13% atau 1,01 juta ton, dan pada tahun 2024 akan kembali meningkat sebesar 2,09% atau 1,03 juta ton. Kegiatan Analisi Usaha ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari bagaimana merancang sebuah usaha baik dalam penyususnan konsep bisnis, gambaran pasar, target pasar di Biimilk Bogor Jawa Barat. Metode Analisis Usaha ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Biimilk melakukan produksi susu sebanyak empat kali dalam satu bulan, satu kali produksi dapat menghasilkan milkshake sebanyak 100 botol dengan ukuran 250 ml. Biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan selam 4 bulan sebesar Rp13.149.526, dengan keuntungan yang didapat selama 4 bulan sebesar Rp 4.090.474. Usaha milkshake Biimilk memiliki nilai R/C ratio 1.31 sehingga usaha ini dikatakan layak karena nilai R/C ratio >1.

Based on the projection results (Milk Outlook, 2022) in 2022-2024 milk consumption in Indonesia will increase. In 2022 the consumption of cow's milk in Indonesia is estimated at 989.15 thousand tons, the following year 2023 will increase by 2.13% or 1.01 million tons, and in 2024 it will increase again by 2.09% or 1.03 million tons. This Business Analysis activity aims to find out and learn how to design a business both in the preparation of business concepts, market overviews, target markets in Biimilk Bogor West Java. This business analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Biimilk produces milk four times a month, one production can produce 100 bottles of milkshake with a size of 250 ml. The operating costs incurred during 4 months amounted to IDR 13,149,526, with profits earned during 4 months amounting to IDR 4,090,474. Biimilk milkshake business has an R/C ratio value of 1.31 so that this business is said to be feasible because the R/C ratio value> 1.
